Marie says Goodbye to the Trust
We recently bid farewell to our wonderful friend and colleague, Marie Allan-Gray, Senior Operations Manager at the Trust. Marie has worked at the Trust since 2011.
Staff and tenants came together at Rossendale Hall to wish Marie a happy and fulfilling retirement. Speeches were given thanking Marie for all her years of service and recognising her compassion, commitment and support to all our tenants and staff during her time here. There was lots of laughter as staff shared memories from times past and a few tears were also shed.
Steve Nichols, CEO of the Trust expressed his gratitude to Marie for her loyalty, “This is a very special day for the Trust as we get to wish Marie a happy retirement. Marie was key in changing the culture at the Trust when we moved from residential care to supported living. Her colleagues hold her in very high regard. She is an extremely popular leader and will be sorely missed.”
