Fashion Fundraiser Raises Over £3,000
Recently, our staff and tenants took centre stage at a dazzling catwalk event, captivating a crowd of over 200 guests. Astra Zeneca’s Millcourt reception provided the perfect setting for the event and we are so very grateful for their generosity and support in helping us to ensure our evening went to plan.
The runway extravaganza featured our fashionable ladies donning clothing from the renowned SOS Boutique in Bramhall, while our dapper gentlemen were decked out in style by Marks & Spencer, Handforth Dean. The evening was a resounding success, as our models exuded confidence, strutting their stuff in front of a very welcoming and enthusiastic audience.
The event was a memorable one for all who participated, with our models soaking up the atmosphere. Guests had the opportunity to peruse and shop from an array of Christmas market stalls, allowing them to kickstart their present shopping early. We were very grateful for the generosity of our stallholders who kindly contributed prizes for our raffle draw.
But the festivities didn’t end there. The night concluded with a fun and, at times tense, round of bingo, hosted by our expert bingo callers, Julie and Joanne.
Thank you to everyone who joined us to show their support on this special evening. Through your collective efforts, we successfully raised over £3,000, which will enable us to provide invaluable ‘extras’ for the individuals we support. This substantial contribution will make a significant impact on the lives of those living at the Trust, and we couldn’t be more appreciative of your support.
