A Tea-rific Garden Party
Golden Garden Party Celebrations
We managed to order the weather for our Golden Garden Party in July. Having chosen the only dry day that week, the grounds of Rossendale Hall were quickly filled with sunshine and laughter. Staff, tenants and supporters from the local community all joined together as we celebrated 50 years of the Trust.
A delicious afternoon tea was served and guests enjoyed the live music from the very talented Charley Farley’s band. There was plenty of singing and dancing as everyone reminisced and shared their memories of the Trust. Guests enjoyed leafing through our collections of photographs from over the years and recognising familiar faces from the past.
Thank you to all who came along to help us mark our 50th birthday. It really was a memorable day and a fitting way to recognise the achievements of the Trust over the last 50 years.
