Trust is named on the Times List…
The Rossendale Trust has been named in ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Non-For-Profit Organisations to Work For’ 2018.
The Trust has achieved 35th place in this prestigious national scheme. The judges recognise the work the we do to ensure that all of the staff are supported and engaged in their demanding roles. The award mentions the work Rossendale have put in “to build a sense of family among the 195 employees”.
Trust CEO Steve Nichols said, “This is a fantastic achievement for a local charity, truly putting the Trust on the national stage! This independent view of the Trust as an organisation, based entirely upon what our staff say about working here, is a tribute to everyone who works here.”
