Training Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training Manager working within our HR and Training Department and work for our fantastic local charity based in Sutton, Macclesfield.

As our Training Manager you will be required to develop, deliver and monitor a comprehensive training programme for our staff which includes a large team of Support Staff as well as Activity Leaders, Job Coaches and Management/Administrative staff.
This role is a stand-alone position which requires a self-motivated individual who has strong communication skills, is meticulously organised and is confident in using their initiative and making their own decisions. The successful candidate will have worked in a similar training role and/or have experience and knowledge of the care sector.
Working Hours and Pay
• 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm
• Hybrid working – after initial Induction and training period there will be the option of some home working alongside attending the office in Sutton, Macclesfield
Holiday Allowance
30 days per annum including Bank Holidays (Based on Monday – Friday working)

Paid fortnightly on a Thursday
6 months Probationary period
Mandatory training to be completed during probationary period – Safeguarding, Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Equality and Diversity, Mental Capacity
